From The Wilde

‘From the Wilde’ is the brain child of Helen Wilde, who lives in a little Derbyshire village with her husband, a beagle called Bunty and a house rabbit called Pan.  Helen Launched her online emporium ‘From the Wilde’ in July 2010 and is currently celebrating its 1st Birthday, with lots of exciting offers for all her ‘wilde’ customers.

From the Wilde

Until ‘From the Wilde’ was born last July, Helen was working for Europes largest art publishing house as a fine art dealer and running one of their galleries. After a rather nasty health scare at the start of last year Helen decided that she needed to move out of the city and go back to the countryside to the place she had always loved. Helen hung up the suit, bought herself some wellies, got married, bought a dog and created ‘From the Wilde’ – Helen had always been passionate about contemporary design and British craft, and having a Ceramics degree she had always wanted her own gallery.

Helen likes to consider everyday a success! whether it be a new follower on facebook, twitter, a magazine feature or a new client. Sales have been beyond expectation, word had spread and the reputation of the business has been superb. Helen is delighted that “From the Wilde” is gaining much more press recognition and recently has had a product feature within ‘Vintage Life Magazine’.

Helen constantly strives to improve the business, one of the latest projects is to find a collection of international artists ‘From the Wilde” already have several representing the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe. Helen doesn’t aim to create a mass market of hundreds of artists but she would like to make a name for herself and the team worldwide.
